(1) Inquire at AYAPANI about availability about 15 minutes prior to using the room.
(2) Meet at AYAPANI with your parent or guardian.
(3) The children start the program! Parents or guardians can enjoy some free time.
(4) Parents or guardians pick up their children at the appointed time at AYAPANI.

* Activities are basically conducted in Japanese.
* We will examine your child’s physical condition on the day and take their temperature. Children who are unwell or suffer from epilepsy are unable to participate.
* If our staff determines that it is not feasible for your children to participate (e.g., poses a danger to others, requires constant one-on-one attention, medical knowledge is necessary, etc.), they will not be allowed to join in.
