From March 1 to May 11, our signature restaurant, ISHIGAKI BOLD KITCHEN, is excited to present the “Strawberries & Meat” Lunch Buffet. This delightful culinary experience celebrates the vibrant flavors of the season.
On beautiful Ishigaki Island, the arrival of March already feels like the early warmth of summer. With gentle ocean breezes, clear blue skies, and temperatures around 23°C, it’s a wonderful time to relax and enjoy long, leisurely lunches by the sea.
Our buffet offers more than 80 dishes, thoughtfully crafted to bring together bold island flavors and delicate seasonal desserts. Here are just a few highlights that we hope will delight your taste buds:
Fire-Grilled & Savory Specialties:
