Day of Your Appointment

Please ensure to arrive 10 minutes ahead of your scheduled treatment time.
Avoid consuming food or drink immediately before your session.
If you are delayed, your treatment duration may be reduced to accommodate subsequent appointments.

Age Restrictions

Our treatments are generally designed for those aged 16 years and above.
If a client is under 16 years old, they must be accompanied by an adult or provide a completed liability waiver form.

Treatment Guidelines

We kindly request you to fill out a consultation form prior to your treatment, which will help us assess your health condition and any potential allergies.
- Depending on the details shared, certain treatments may not be available.
- We abstain from providing treatments during the first trimester of pregnancy or directly following a surgical procedure.
- Please be aware that a severe sunburn could also limit the treatments available to you.

Valuables

We encourage you to manage your valuables personally.
Please be advised that the spa is not responsible for any items that are lost or stolen during your visit.

Modification and Cancellation Policy

For any modifications or cancellations to your appointment, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your treatment will result in a charge equivalent to 100% of the total treatment cost.
Missed appointments without notice will also incur a charge of 100% of the total cost.
